Blackrock Microsystems awarded Utah’s 2016 Best of State in Science and Technology

The Best of State Award is the most renowned and distinguished honor in Utah. The nominees are evaluated by more than 100 judges, who perform their assignments individually, away from possible persuasions. They judge by three main criteria, which are:

  1. Achievement in the field of endeavor (50% of score)
  2. Innovation or creativity in approaches, techniques, methods, or processes (30% of score)
  3. Contribution to the quality of life in Utah (20% of score)

 

Because of Blackrock’s excellence in every section, the company was chosen for the 2016 Best of State Award in Science and Technology. Blackrock Microsystems was honored at the Best of State gala on May 18th 2016 held at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City.
