FDA Cleared

The NeuroPlex E is FDA-cleared (K202174) for human use along with the NeuroPort Array, the only FDA-cleared microelectrode array, capable of recording hundreds of neurons from the human cortex. The NeuroPlex E gives researchers the power and flexibility to implement real-time control strategies such as restoring function.

Lightweight and Small

The NeuroPlex E’s miniature form factor delivers a smaller and lighter, all digital, noise-free headstage for recording and stimulating

High Resolution, Low-Noise, & Dynamic Range

The NeuroPlex E converts analog signals to digital close to the recording site using the Honey Badger ASIC chip. This provides extracellular spikes and local field potential data that’s 7x higher resolution*.

Common Setups Guide

“When I’m using the system at home … cables are much thinner and lighter - don’t cause any neck strain … can be quickly and easily plugged in or unplugged - saving time. All these things leave me feeling more ‘independent…’”
