B-CRATOS: Brain-Connect inteRfAce TO machineS
This collaboration merges Blackrock’s brain-computer interface technology with collaborating European institutions to create the first battery-free, high-speed, and wireless in-body communication platform for brain-machine-body connectivity. This project has received €4,475,059.25 (< $5M USD) funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme (TOPIC: FETOPEN-01-2018-2019-2020: FET-Open Challenging Current Thinking) under grant agreement N° 965044. The project is planned to run from March 2021 – February 2025.
